Why this page exists
Some visitors expect a website with a contact form to provide a subscription, order, reservation, or other transaction. Zorimavel does not do those things. We include this page so that the absence of a cancellation or refund process is unambiguous and easy to find before someone assumes that a message to the site creates a service request.
No sales or payments
Zorimavel does not sell tabletop games, access passes, memberships, downloads, event tickets, physical products, repair services, subscriptions, or digital products. We do not accept a checkout, collect a payment card, invoice a visitor, create a paid account, or process a refund. As a result, there is no Zorimavel order to cancel and no payment to reverse.
Independent games, venues, and events
If you separately buy a game, join a club, reserve a table, attend an event, or use another provider after reading general information on this site, that is a separate relationship. Cancellation and refund questions for that activity must be addressed to the organisation or seller you chose, under their published terms. Zorimavel cannot cancel, amend, refund, or investigate an independent transaction.
Contact note form
The contact form prepares a draft message in your own email application. It is not an order form, a booking request, or a support-ticket system. Sending an email does not create an appointment, a paid service, or an obligation for Zorimavel to respond. You may simply close the draft if you no longer want to send it.
